Bonsai Brewing is looking for a talented, upbeat Head Cook to join our growing kitchen team! We’re a locally loved brewery and beer garden in Whitefish, Montana, known for great food, good vibes, and a relaxed, creative work environment.
Our kitchen blends brewery favorites with fresh, seasonal dishes — from poke bowls and burgers in summer, to smoked meats, tacos, and soups in winter. We care about quality, creativity, and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Manage prep, service, ordering, and scheduling
Cook on the line as part of a tight-knit team
Collaborate with ownership on new seasonal menus and specials
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of kitchen leadership experience
Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Experience in a scratch kitchen or brewery-style menu preferred
