Bonsai Brewery is hiring a skilled, upbeat Line Cook to join our team! We’re a locally loved brewery and beer garden in Whitefish, Montana, just minutes from Big Mountain Resort — known for great food, chill vibes, and our fresh-brewed beers.
This is a full-time, year-round role with a balanced schedule — ideal for skiers and mountain lovers. Our kitchen is creative, fast-paced, and team-focused. Expect to cook from scratch, have input on specials, and enjoy a fun, professional environment.
What You’ll Do
Work the line during lunch and dinner service
Prep fresh ingredients and maintain station cleanliness
Support the kitchen team with daily operations
Occasionally assist with special events or catering
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of line cooking experience
Strong work ethic and reliability
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen
Willing to contribute ideas and help refine the menu
