You’ll do great here if you are someone who:
Shows up on time and ready to work
Has basic kitchen experience and can handle a grill, fryer, and short ticket times without melting down
Can follow direction and takes pride in putting out consistent, quality food
Doesn’t mind working in a kitchen that occasionally gets loud but keeps it fun
Believes “teamwork” means more than letting everyone else do the dishes
Likes free sarcasm and the smell of burgers
