Seeking a FOH / BOH manager for a full service restaurant. Successful applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience managing in a high volume fast pace environment. Duties income but are not limited to:
Opening / Closing procedures
Inventory / Ordering
Proficent in Microsoft Word / Excel
Knowledge of POS software
Customer Relation Skills
Scheduling
Problem Solving Skills
Must be able to relate to customers and employees in a professional manner and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the day to day operations of the business.
Must be available to work nights and weekends
