Restaurant Manager

Busy restaurant with 2 locations in Monmouth county looking for general manager. Owner relocating part time due to health issues is looking for the right person to take over daily operations. Duties will include running day to day operations & over seeing staff in front & back of house of both locations. Must have restaurant management experience and reliable transportation. 55 - 60 hour work week with base salary of 75k a year plus paid vacations and bonuses based on profit percentages.
