A well-established NYC hedge fund is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the President and Portfolio Manager. This is the sole EA role in the office, offering the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership in a collaborative and supportive environment. This position combines executive-level administrative support with light personal assistance and office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and flexibility while supporting day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 3 plus years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word

Expert-level calendar management and scheduling coordination abilities

Strong travel planning and logistics coordination experience

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels

Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy

Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments

Strong problem-solving skills with proactive approach to anticipating needs

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
