Job Summary:
Seeking an outgoing and friendly Customer Service Agent to provide top-notch support to customers.
This role involves interacting with customers over the phone,email or chat resolving problems, processing orders, answer questions
and represent the company positively.
Responsibilities:
Provide service information to customers such as quotes for moving etc.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Address client inquieries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure
experience with computers and various communication channels
A custome - first mentality and a willingness to learn
Full time postion
Hours of service 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday (some Saturdays)
