Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Dallas, TX. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support to resolve issues promptly, ensure customer satisfaction, and offer high-quality assistance to enhance the overall customer experience. Daily tasks include responding to emails, phone calls, and chat inquiries, processing orders, assisting with product-related questions, and collaborating with team members to deliver seamless service. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and will maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
Experience with Customer Experience and understanding customer needs
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using customer management systems and related software is a plus
Previous experience in retail, supply chain, or food industry sectors is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in customer service is a bonus
