Wheels America is a leader in wheel repair and remanufacturing. We work with individual customers and major dealerships across the Dallas area. We’re growing and looking to add a reliable, friendly Customer Service Representative to our team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer customer calls, emails, and walk-ins
Provide information on wheel repair services, pricing & turnaround times
Create and update customer orders
Communicate with shop/warehouse teams on job status
Handle scheduling, billing questions, and follow-ups
Maintain a positive and professional attitude
REQUIREMENTS
Customer service experience preferred (automotive a plus)
Strong communication & organizational skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, positive, and detail-oriented
Willing to learn our systems and processes
