General Job Duties
Load Planning, which includes assigning loads and knowledge of Hours of Service
Daily Customer Contract
Ability to multitask and maintain a professional persona under high stress situations
Proactive communication to our customers and brokers.
Entering loads, accepting loads, set appointments, answer calls/emails, track loads for customers and brokers.
Negotiation with customers and/or brokers pertaining to load rates
This Job is Ideal for Someone Who Is:
People and detail oriented, problem solver, find solutions and maintain Design’s positive relationship with our customers and brokers.
All other duties as assigned
Salary: Open
Work: In Office-Monday-Friday
Samsara Knowledge and Mcleod a Plus
Salary: Based on Experience (Must Have at least 1 Year)
Will be included in Saturday Rotation
