Find your future with us.The Boeing Company’s Manufacturing Functional Excellence (MFE) Business Integration team is currently seeking two Senior Employee Development Specialists to join their Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) organization in Everett, WA.The Senior Employee Development Specialists will be serving as technical instructors specializing in instructing and delivering classroom environment coursework.Position Responsibilities:

Deliver technical training in a formal classroom environment and/or in lab environment specializing in either quality assurance (QA) or classroom delivery

Administer written and practical (skills) assessments in accordance with curriculum design and process requirements

Record and maintain training records into authorized repository

Provide technical (systems, mechanical and flight tests operations) training and coaching to individuals requiring enhanced skills training

Assist engineering, quality and manufacturing with assembly process training improvements

Demonstrate proper in systems, mechanical and flight tests operations applications (i.e. AGE application)

Use precision instruments, pneumatic and hand tools, as well as teach accurate measurements

Demonstrate the extensive ability to read, interpret and describe Engineering drawing, blueprints and specifications

Provide on the floor coaching to the manufacturing team

Plan and implement learning solutions as applicable

Identify potential issues that impact performance

Conduct assessments of processes (systems, mechanical, flight tests operations, etc.) and practices for comparison to applicable standards and governing criteria

Provide feedback on assessment results and identify opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk

Analyze and interpret defect data

Develop training recommendations for the reduction of operator-caused defects

Perform ongoing monitoring of customer's operating environment and key business measures and objectives

Partner with PST teams to develop and/or update training curriculum

Support Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), Boeing Global Services (BGS) and BCA sites as needed

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience in Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Development Programs

5+ years of experience in teaching, coaching and developing others

5+ years of experience delivering presentations

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Experience working to Boeing specifications

Experience working under limited supervision

Experience maintaining a teaming environment that encourages continuous improvement

Typical Education & Experience:Typically 10 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
