Tacoma Company looking for a F/T Admin Assistant
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
Assist with bookkeeping and expense tracking
Coordinate meetings and events
Support HR and project teams with administrative tasks
Support Receptionist & Counter sales staff

Qualifications
- High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or two years of experience
- Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and oral communication
- Mathematical skills, can be conducted manually or with a calculator
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively organize
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills
- Must pass drug screen and background check as required by Corporate Office
