Baskets of Cambodia distributes products wholesale nationwide from our small office warehouse in Edmonds. Our original products, are produced at our operation in Cambodia and include handmade purses and baskets of the highest quality. (www.basketsofcambodia.com). The office environment is small and casual. Hours can be flexible - 4-8 hourse/dayflexible between 8 and 5 and be crafted to meet individual needs (minimum 20-30 hours per week) - all depending on a person's skill set, motivation and needs. Having a good rapport with customers very important. A flexible work schedule works best for those in close proximity to Edmonds.
Our bookkeeper is offsite. Onsite we are focused on data entry (primarily with Quickbooks), customer service, billing, sales, shipping, quality control, inventory updates, website maintenence (if possible), marketing, photoshop, and applicable computer skills - excel, word, etc. Some work in shipping can benefit from good physical condition.
This is a learning opportunity in wholesale, manufacturing, product development , and international commerce. An appreciation for handmade natural products and the people who make them is at our core. All skillsets will be considered. Entry level to mid-level. Most important is aptitude and openness to learning.
