Established boutique investment advisory firm is looking for a high-energy, dynamic Executive Assistant to join their growing team. This highly visible role involves regular interaction with investors and senior management at the firm. The ideal candidate will have solid experience supporting executives in a fast-paced environment, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate exceptional trustworthiness. · Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives

· Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments across multiple time zones

· Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries

· Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Minimum 3 plus years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word

Expert-level calendar management and scheduling coordination abilities

Strong travel planning and logistics coordination experience

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels

Demonstrated emotional intelligence and resilience with ability to work effectively with challenging personalities

Outstanding organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy

Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments

Strong problem-solving skills with proactive approach to anticipating needs

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple executives simultaneously
