Technical ExpectationS
1.    Manages Directors and their Sr. Consultants and Consultants in Project Support Services
2.    Maintains their own projects and performs the same functions as Directors to include managing staff, managing client budgets, schedules, contracts, communications etc.
3.    Travel both locally and throughout the US.
4.    Prepare proposals, property condition assessments and other written evaluations.
5.    Act as a subject matter expert and speaks at conferences and client trainings.
6.    Take initiatives to improve processes and procedures within their own teams and the PSS group.
Performance Expectations
1.    Utilization of 75% allocated to billable client work, unless adjusted by your supervisor
2.    Have a solid professional network with proposal/new client opportunities
3.    Lead and mentor a team of Consultants, Senior Consultants and Directors.
4.    Prepares Expert Reports
5.    Represent J.S. Held at client meetings
6.    Generate $100,000 in Annual Engagement revenue
7.    Responsible for achieving utilization rates for department. Works with other service line leaders, area mangers etc. to make sure all staff is fully utilized.
